Off Hours is built and maintained by the two of us. There is no sales team, no per-conversation meter, and no upgrade path that quietly costs more once the chatbot starts working.
Why it exists
Billing you more when it works better is backwards.
Most chatbots meter something: a conversation, a resolution, or a credit for every single reply. The better it answers, the more visitors talk to it, and the bigger your invoice gets. You end up hoping your own tool is used less.
It is software. It costs the same to run whether it has ten conversations or a thousand. So the price is flat, and it stays flat. That is a deliberate choice, not a launch promotion.
Small businesses all lose the same thing. Someone arrives at nine in the evening with a question, nobody is there, and they go and call whoever answers first. The owner never finds out it happened. That is the gap this was built for, and it is where the name came from.
Commitments
What we will not do
No per-conversation fees.
The price does not move when your chat gets busy. One flat subscription, that is the whole meter. If you reach your plan limit the chat switches to a simple contact form for the rest of the month and we email you. We never bill you for extra conversations.
No selling your visitor data.
Conversations belong to you and your visitors. They are not a product to be resold.
No locking your content into our servers.
Your website stays yours. On WordPress your business profile lives in your own install. With the one line embed we only hold a copy of what your public pages already say, and cancelling clears it. Nothing of yours is kept hostage to make leaving hard.
Support
When you email support, you get the people who wrote the code.
Write to hello@offhoursagent.com and you will have a reply within two business days. No ticket number, no chatbot in front of the chatbot, and no support tier you have to upgrade to reach. If something is broken we would rather hear about it than not.
Thirty day refund
The trial is 14 days and nothing is charged in it. After that, if it is not right for you, email us inside 30 days of your first payment and we refund you in full. No reason needed.
