This practice does not exist, but the assistant is real: your question goes to the same model a paying customer's visitors talk to. The name and phone number are the only thing that goes nowhere, because there is no practice to send them to.

Same assistant, different business. This one is a made up plant shop. Ask it for something under a budget and it checks the catalogue before it answers. Ask about something out of stock and it says so rather than taking your money. Ask where your order is and it wants the order number and the email on the order, because an order number on its own is a guess, and a guess that worked would be somebody else's parcel.

What it is really doing
- The products are matched, not written. The assistant names a product and links it, and the server turns those links into the cards you see. It cannot show you something that is not in the shop.
- The order status is not written by the AI either. It collects the two details and the shop looks the order up. So it can tell you it could not find something. It cannot tell you a delivery date that was never true.
- On your WooCommerce shop, nothing leaves your server. The plugin already runs there, so the lookup is a read from your own database. There is no key to paste and no order of yours is ever sent to us.
This shop is invented, so its order lookup answers from three sample orders. Try 1043 with jane@example.com. Then try 1044 with the same address: that order belongs to somebody else, and it is meant to fail.
