Tidio sells Lyro AI separately or in a bundle, with quota-based pricing. Off Hours is one flat subscription with an allowance included, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Where the Tidio bill actually comes from
Tidio lets you buy Lyro AI separately or with its customer service platform. Its allowance depends on the quota and billing period you choose. Check its calculator for your volume; a base helpdesk subscription is not required for standalone Lyro.
A flat subscription reads the same every month
Off Hours is $49 a month with 400 conversations included. If you reach your limit the chat switches to a simple contact form for the rest of the month and we email you. We never bill you for extra conversations.
You do not bring an AI key
The AI is included in the plan. There is no separate account with an AI provider, no key to paste and no usage bill arriving from somewhere else at the end of the month.
Built for a small business site, not a sales floor
It reads your own pages, answers from what is actually written there, captures a name and a phone number, and emails you the lead with the reason the person got in touch. On WordPress it is a plugin and wants 6.0 or newer on PHP 8.0 or newer. On Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow or a hand-built site it is one line of HTML. HTTPS either way.
