Competitor pricing verified August 2026. Intercom seat costs are not included, and its figure is a ceiling because only resolved conversations are billed. Tidio buys AI conversations in quota tiers, so its figure is a floor that rises with volume.
Where the Tidio bill actually comes from
The subscription is the small part. The plan covers a set number of conversations, and the Lyro AI that answers them is a second line from $32.50 a month, bought as a quota you move up as you use it. A month where the chat gets used is a month where the quota has to go up, so the number you budgeted for in January is not the number you pay in June.
A flat subscription reads the same every month
Off Hours is $49 a month with 500 conversations included. If you reach your limit the chat switches to a simple contact form for the rest of the month and we email you. We never bill you for extra conversations.
You do not bring an AI key
The AI is included in the plan. There is no separate account with an AI provider, no key to paste and no usage bill arriving from somewhere else at the end of the month.
Built for a WordPress site, not a sales floor
It reads your own pages, answers from what is actually written there, captures a name and a phone number, and emails you the lead with the reason the person got in touch. Requirements are WordPress 6.0 or newer, PHP 8.0 or newer and HTTPS.
