How much is a cleaning?
A cleaning without insurance is $120. With most insurance plans it is covered at 100 percent.
My tooth hurts, can I come in today?
That needs to be seen. We hold same-day emergency slots every day. I am not a dentist so I cannot advise on the pain itself, but I can have the practice call you straight away. Shall I take your number?
Do you have parking?
Yes, free parking in the lot behind the building at 418 Fern Hollow Road, Suite 2.
The questions come in after you close
Insurance, hours, the price of a cleaning and whether someone in pain can be seen today. They arrive in the evening and at the weekend, when the phone rings out and the person moves on to the next practice in the results.
It answers from your own pages
The plugin reads the site you already have, so accepted plans, opening hours, prices and the parking situation come from what you have written rather than from anything invented.
It knows where its limits are
It will not give clinical advice. On anything that needs a dentist it says so and offers a callback instead, which is the outcome the front desk wants anyway.
You get a name and a number by email
Each captured lead arrives in your inbox with the reason the patient got in touch, so the morning starts with a call list rather than a transcript to read through.
Priced per month, not per patient
$49 a month with 500 conversations included. If you reach your limit the chat switches to a simple contact form for the rest of the month and we email you. We never bill you for extra conversations.
What it needs
WordPress 6.0 or newer, PHP 8.0 or newer and HTTPS. The AI is included, so there is no provider account to open. It replies in 21 languages, has daily message caps and rate limiting, and purges stored conversations for GDPR.
