Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Off Hours affiliate program, run by Kosta Rakonjac. Joining the program means you accept them.

Commission

You earn 40% of every payment a customer you referred makes, for as long as they remain a customer. The rate does not step down after a year. Commission is recurring, not a one-time bounty. A referral is credited when a new customer signs up through your link and their first payment clears.

Because commission accrues per payment, it also stops with the payments: if your referral cancels, lets their subscription lapse, or has a payment refunded or charged back, no further commission accrues on that referral. When that happens we tell you, by email, naming the customer, their plan and the date their subscription ended, so your own numbers never have to guess. How we share that with you is described in our privacy policy.

How a referral is tracked

Use the referral link from your affiliate dashboard. It brings people to offhoursagent.com, where the referral is recorded and carried through to checkout, so you are credited whether someone buys straight away or reads the comparison pages and tries the demo first. A link that is not your referral link cannot be credited to you, no matter who sent the visitor.

The click is remembered for 30 days. If someone clicks your link and buys within that window you are credited, and if they buy on the thirty-first day you are not. Where a buyer has clicked more than one affiliate's link, the most recent one is credited.

One honest limit, because you would find it out eventually and should hear it from us. The 30 days above depend on storing an identifier in the visitor's browser, so we ask their permission first, and some people say no. What a no costs you is the memory, not the sale: your referral id travels in the link and is handed to the checkout for the visit itself, so someone who declines cookies and buys that day is credited to you like anyone else. What goes is the coming back. If they decline, leave, and return a week later to buy, nothing is left telling us it was you, and that sale is not credited. We are not willing to follow people who have said no, and we would rather show you where the line falls than leave you wondering why a click never turned up.

Payment

Commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable. Our customers can ask for a refund in their first 30 days, so commission is only ever paid out of money we have actually kept: a payment that is refunded or charged back during the hold has its commission reversed instead of paid. Once clear of the hold, payouts are created twice a month (currently the 1st and 15th, paid on the 14th and 28th) after your balance passes the $20 minimum. If Lemon Squeezy changes that schedule, the one shown in your affiliate dashboard is the one that applies.

How you may promote us

You may promote Off Hours honestly, on channels you control, such as:

• Your own website, blog, newsletter to people who opted in, or social accounts.
• Videos, tutorials and reviews.
• Recommending it to clients whose sites you build or manage.

What is not allowed

Breaking any of these ends your participation and forfeits unpaid commission. You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or any spam to promote Off Hours. Only contact people who have agreed to hear from you. This protects our sender reputation and yours, and it is not negotiable.
• Bid on our brand name or misspellings of it in paid search.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any way of claiming a referral you did not earn.
• Make false or exaggerated claims about the product, invent results or testimonials, or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
• Present yourself as Off Hours rather than as an independent affiliate.
• Promote us on sites with illegal, hateful, or adult content.

Disclosure

Where the law requires it, disclose that your link is an affiliate link. In the US that is the FTC endorsement rules; similar rules apply elsewhere. A short, clear line is enough.

Ending participation

Either side can leave the program at any time, and you can stop promoting us whenever you like. If we end your participation without cause, we keep paying commission on the customers you already referred, for as long as they keep paying us. Leaving the program does not cancel what you have already earned.

The exception is cause. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, or a breach of the rules above, we may suspend an account immediately and stop commission on the referrals affected, including ones already made. We will tell you why.

Changing these terms

We can change the commission rate or these rules for the future, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change takes effect. A change never applies backwards: customers you referred before it takes effect keep earning at the rate that applied when you referred them, for as long as they stay customers.

Which law applies

This agreement is governed by the law of Serbia, and the courts there have jurisdiction, matching the Terms of Service. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
